The ambition of the pilot is to leverage the experience we have in Cambodia to drive an “upskilling program“ for disadvantaged students. The pilot is targeted to 20 students who so far have been supported by PSE. These students have not opted for the vocational training opportunity offered by PSE yet they are willing to start at least a bachelor’s degree. All of them are sponsored by the Cambodian government for their scholarship. Students@Heart will support them with complementary programs of up to 10 to 15 hours per week of additional curriculum based on the identified needs from a multiple angle point of view (students needs, job market needs but also future needs as anticipated by top educators in the world).
