Introduction

Purpose:

This program aims to upskill university students, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds, equipping them with the skills and confidence needed for academic and professional success. The focus is on English, IT, personal development, cultural appreciation, and history/geopolitical awareness.

Program Objectives:
  • Improve English communication for academic and professional use.
  • Build IT proficiency, ranging from basic digital literacy to specialized skills.
  • Enhance personal development, including leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.
  • Promote creativity through dance, theater, and innovative artistic practices that encourage personal growth, self-expression, and collaborative creativity
  • Develop awareness of geopolitical topics to understand Cambodia’s role in the region and the world.

Weekly Schedule

Core Learning:
8 hours/week
for English, IT, geopolitics, and soft skills.
Practical Applications:
2 hours/week
for group projects and mentorship.
Complementary Activities:
2 hours/week
for dance/theater workshops.
Weekdays (10 Hours/Week)
1. ENGLISH (4 hours/week):
    Schedule: Monday & Wednesday, 6:00 PM–8:00 PM

2. IT (2 hours/week):
    Schedule: Tuesday, 6:00 PM–8:00 PM

3. SOFT SKILLS / PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT (2 hours every other week):
    Schedule: Alternates with History/Geopolitics every Thursday, 6:00 PM–8:00 PM

4. HISTORY / GEOPOLITICS (2 hours every other week):
    Schedule: Alternates with Soft Skills every Thursday, 6:00 PM–8:00 PM

5. ARTISTIC WORKSHOPS (DANCE/THEATRE):
    Schedule: Friday, 6:00 PM–8:00 PM
Weekends (2 Hours)
