Introduction
This program aims to upskill university students, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds, equipping them with the skills and confidence needed for academic and professional success. The focus is on English, IT, personal development, cultural appreciation, and history/geopolitical awareness.
- Improve English communication for academic and professional use.
- Build IT proficiency, ranging from basic digital literacy to specialized skills.
- Enhance personal development, including leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.
- Promote creativity through dance, theater, and innovative artistic practices that encourage personal growth, self-expression, and collaborative creativity
- Develop awareness of geopolitical topics to understand Cambodia’s role in the region and the world.

- YEAR 1
Foundations and Awareness
Students focus on building basic skills in English, IT, and personal development. The curriculum introduces history and geopolitics while fostering creativity through artistic workshops and collaborative projects.

Intermediate Growth and Collaboration
The second year enhances intermediate skills in communication, IT, and critical thinking. Students explore regional dynamics in history/geopolitics and develop teamwork through soft skills training, group projects, and creative activities.
- YEAR 3
Advanced Preparation and Career Readiness
In the third year, students acquire advanced skills in professional communication, IT, and leadership. They engage in capstone projects, workplace simulations, and advanced studies in geopolitics to prepare for internships and career opportunities.

Specialization and Professional Showcase
The final year focuses on specialization and mastery, with students completing capstone projects and participating in showcase events. The curriculum prepares students for professional environments and internships, emphasizing self-directed learning and practical application.
