Students@Heart is recognised as NGO by the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade (MAE).
Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade (MAE) supports and has provided financial assistance to our NGO, former “Toutes à l’Ecole Luxembourg” through four projects implemented in Cambodia :
- In 2019, by providing support in the financing of university studies and equipment for nearly 400 students housed in hostels.
- In 2020, by helping to finance the construction of a boarding school intended to accommodate nearly 120 young secondary school students.
- In 2021, by welcoming and accommodating young girls from disadvantaged girls in Cambodia, in a secure boarding school, providing them with moral and material support, and helping them with their secondary studies.
- In 2022, by supporting the success of young girls from disadvantaged backgrounds in a first cycle of university studies.
- The realization of these projects is accompanied by the definition of objectives, qualitative and quantitative success criteria, the regular measurement of the achievement of these objectives and regular reporting to the MAE in accordance with the provisions in force in the general conditions decreed by the MAE.
Our business partners

At Arendt, we believe that talent is everywhere, but some need a helping hand with opportunities. Our philanthropy strategy is deeply rooted in supporting access to quality education, making our partnership with Students@Heart a natural fit. Students@Heart embodies this mission by providing full scholarships and a comprehensive upskilling program for high-potential students in Cambodia. By supporting their work, we help create life-changing opportunities that will benefit not only individuals but entire communities.
Our academic partners

Since 2019, Students@Heart has developed a partnership with the Lycée Vauban, School and French High School of Luxembourg, for the benefit of their respective students. This partnership has taken several forms over time, from summer camp in 2019 to school exchange in 2020 with former Toutes à l’école Luxembourg. The enthusiasm for an active collaboration between the two schools nevertheless remains intact and today Vauban is helping Students at Heart through students’ actions such as the “rice Bowls”.
